Pete Lentz spent decades as a self-employed painting contractor working in homes across Louisville — which gave him something most agents don't have: a craftsman's eye for property and a deep understanding of how people value the places they live.
That perspective drew him to real estate, and he's been a licensed Realtor since 2022.
Pete and his wife have called Clifton home long enough to raise two kids there from birth through college. His contractor work has taken him through nearly every corner of the city, but the neighborhoods he knows best — Clifton, Crescent Hill, St. Matthews, Mockingbird Valley, and the Highlands — are ones where he's spent decades building relationships purely through word of mouth.
