On the selling side, Jim brings a designer's eye to everything he does. As the former co-owner of Scout, a beloved Louisville boutique for modern home goods and furniture, he developed a sharp instinct for staging and presentation that gets homes sold. That legacy continues today as part of the Scout team at Maguire Group Realty.
