I founded Maguire Group Realty after more than 15 years working in the Louisville real estate market. Before real estate, I spent years in marketing and negotiation roles with Fortune 500 companies — experience I now apply to every listing and every offer I negotiate for clients.
I believe good real estate advice comes down to one thing: real information, delivered honestly. I'd rather walk you through the data and let you make the call than push you toward a decision.
Outside the office, I'm a lifelong creative thinker — drawn to people and ideas that reinvent themselves, whether that's a favorite musician, an old building given new life, or a neighborhood on the rise. I bring that same curiosity to every home and every client I work with.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me exploring Louisville's neighborhoods, talking music, or digging into a good renovation project.
